3. What is the date and time of Operation Saturation?

The start and end times will vary because the team leader for each service area will determine the start and end times but all activities will start in the morning by 10:00am and will end no later than 3:00pm. 5. Where will the evangelism and outreach events be held?
We have divided the Greater Houston area into 39 “Service Areas” based on zip codes. We will have teams assigned to each of the 39 Service Areas. Each team will have a leader which will be responsible for: overseeing the evangelism/outreach efforts in his/her assigned area, determining the type of evangelism/outreach to be performed, and determining the start time and end time for his/her specific evangelism/outreach event. Churches/Ministries: Participating churches/ministries are not required to choose their evangelism/outreach event location based on zip codes; churches/ministries can choose their own location for their evangelism event per their discretion.

You can review the 39 Service Areas online at
www.citywideoutreach.com. When there, click “About” then choose “Service Areas by Zip Code” from the dropdown menu and review the info and links on the page. On this page, you will be access and review the Service Area map as well as the zip codes associated with each Service Area (TIP: When attempting to locate your zip code, use “Ctrl + F” and enter your zip code to perform search). If you need help then email your zip code to info@citywideoutreach.com and we will identify for you the Service Area your zip code is associated with.

7. Do I have to join the team that’s near me (in my Service Area)?
No. You can choose to join a team that’s near you or you can choose another team based on your preference. That way, if there’s a team outside of your service area that is doing a type of outreach that you absolutely love, you can join that team. Once you decide which team you would like to join then please email us at
info@citywideoutreach.com so we can notify the team leader and they can update you with specifics.

8. Is there a dress code?
Part of our message to the world is that we, the church, are one! So, our preference is that everyone would purchase and wear the official “Operation Saturation” t-shirt on the day of the event. If you choose not to wear the shirt then please wear an all red t-shirt. If you can’t afford to purchase the t-shirt then please email and let us know and we will provide you with the shirt. Go to
www.citywideoutreach.com to place t-shirt orders. Churches/Ministries: Churches/Ministries can determine if they want to wear their own church t-shirt or the Operation Saturation t-shirt which will be available for purchase. Note: Discount is available for churches that place bulk orders (10+).

Yes. We will not be able to provide childcare but school-age children can participate. Children should be with their parent/caregiver at all times during the event. Leaders will not provide oversight, instruction or discipline children that are not their own. Parent(s)/caregiver is solely responsible for the oversight and care of the child(ren) they bring with them. In the event of illness or injury, the parent/caregiver is solely responsible for the care, treatment and cost related to treat such illness and/or injury.
