OPERATION SATURATION FACT SHEET

Operation Saturation is a city-wide initiative where Christian churches, independent ministries and individuals unite together to host evangelism and outreach events throughout the city on a specified date to demonstrate and saturate the city with the love of Jesus through both word and deed.

We will end the Saturday event with a celebration! Everyone is invited to gather corporately to celebrate the success of the day through Praise & Worship, sharing of testimonies and hearing the results of the day as they’re announced.

2017 Operation Saturation Celebration Service
   Date: Saturday, April 08, 2017

T-shirts: We ask for every participant to purchase an Operation Saturation themed t-shirt and wear on the date of the evangelism outreach event (4/8/17). Monies will be used to cover some of the costs associated with the event.

Prayer & Fasting: In advance of the evangelism outreach event, we are asking that everyone would join us in 21 days of prayer (3/18-4/7/17) to “prepare the way” for the event. Please join us on 4/6/16 at 7pm at Church on Fire as we join corporately for prayer and intercession. In addition, we encourage everyone to consecrate themselves with fasting and prayer for 3 days (4/5-4/7/17) leading up to the event, if possible.

     •    If no medical/health issues exists or prevents you from fasting then with the leading of the Lord you can
          determine type of fast.

               o    NOTE: Although fasting is encouraged, it is not required. Use discretion.

Locations and Type of Evangelism Outreach:: Teams will be located throughout 39 areas in Greater Houston based on zip code assignments. A leader will oversee the evangelism efforts in each of the 39 areas. Anyone who is a Christian can join one of the teams based on preference. Participating churches are not required to choose location based on zip codes; churches will choose their own location for their evangelism event per their discretion. The type of evangelism will vary as the team leaders and churches will determine the specific type of evangelism outreach best suited for their area.

Start/End Times: Operation Saturation will take place on 4/8/17 but the exact hours as well as the best start and end times will be determined by each leader for their specific evangelism event. However, we ask that each team concludes their event at/before 3pm in order to have adequate time to arrive for the Celebration Service which starts at 4pm.
